Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with the original heat-induction seal intact, and in its original packaging.
2. Safety & Hygiene Exceptions
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with. Additionally, we do not accept returns on "Final Sale" items or gift cards.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs to our Queensland warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at help.himalayagummies@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 USD).
4. How to Start a Return
- Email help.himalayagummies@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once approved, ship the item to: 66 Windemere Rd, Alexandra Hills QLD 4161, Australia.
- After we inspect the return (within 3 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
